Strategy Analyst
The merged company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed as a result of the merger of two market leaders — the IT company Wildberries and the outdoor advertising operator Russ.
The team focuses on international business development and strategic initiatives across multiple markets. We support expansion and new product launches through structured analysis, market research, and data-driven decision support in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
Задачи и обязанности
- Support development of market and product strategies through structured analysis across countries;
- Conduct market research and assess market size and opportunity potential;
- Build business cases and financial models for new initiatives and growth projects;
- Analyze performance metrics and identify drivers of growth and underperformance;
- Structure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks and recommendations;
- Prepare decision materials and presentations for leadership teams.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field;
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills;
- Understanding of corporate finance and valuation fundamentals;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Clear communication in English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
